What the founding member payment buys

• Twelve months of the Opami base plan, including 1 000 processed messages per month.
• The twelve months start on the day you get access at public launch, not on the day you pay.

Price

The founding member price is €160, VAT included, paid once. At launch the base plan will be priced at no less than €319 per year (or €29 per month). The final public price is not yet fixed; as a founding member you pay your founding price whatever it turns out to be.

The offer is limited to 500 founding members and closes when they are taken.

Referral discount

• A referral is a person who joins the waiting list through your personal invite link and then becomes a founding member themselves. Joining the list alone does not count.
• Each referral earns you €10, capped at €160 — you can earn back what you paid, and no more.
• What you earn is reimbursed to your original payment method within 30 days of public launch. It is not deducted at checkout: every founding member pays €160, whenever they join.
• One referral per email address. We review referrals that look automated, and may withhold a discount obtained by creating accounts for people who did not ask to join.

Refunds

• If Opami has not launched publicly by 31 March 2027, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method, without you having to ask.
• As the service is not supplied yet, you keep the EU right of withdrawal: write to us within 14 days of payment and we refund you in full.

Your data

We store your answers to the founding member survey alongside your waiting-list record, and mirror them into our CRM, so we build the connections our first members actually need. The privacy notice covers what we store, why, and how to have it deleted.

Applicable law

Portuguese law applies. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the relevant Portuguese alternative dispute resolution body.
