What this page covers
This notice covers the Opami website at www.opami.ai and its waiting list. It does not cover the Opami product itself, which will have its own terms and privacy notice at launch.
What we store when you join the waiting list
- Your name and email address.
- Your phone number, only if you choose to give it.
- Your agreement to receive Opami beta and launch emails, and when you gave it.
- Your personal referral code and link, and which invite link (if any) brought you to us.
- Campaign details from the link you arrived through (UTM source, medium and campaign) and the page you landed on.
- The country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.
Why we store it
To manage the waiting list, contact you about beta access and launch, understand which referrals and campaigns bring people to Opami, and, if you gave your phone number, to talk with you about your needs. Joining the waiting list includes agreeing to receive Opami beta and launch emails. You can unsubscribe from them at any time, and we will then stop emailing you.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences.
We also store small items in your browser (local storage) so the page remembers your invite link and the referral link you arrived through.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your waiting-list data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to hello@opami.ai.
